The Mission Of New Heart Ministries

The mission of New Heart Ministries is to advance the study and application of God’s New Covenant Doctrine of the Heart by pastors, Christian counselors, and Bible teachers through books, new media, seminars, and advanced study programs.

Though we are primarily a resource to those with established ministries, we are also available to conduct seminars sponsored by churches and organizations. We do not provide psychological counseling, therapy, or self-help programs. Our focus is theology and Bible doctrine.

The Biblical Doctrine of the Heart

The Biblical Doctrine of the Heart is the key to unlocking the hidden riches of God’s Greatest Commandment and Greatest Promise:

God’s Greatest Commandment...

“And you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind, and with all your strength. [And] You shall love your neighbor as yourself.”—Jesus (Mark 12:30)

What does it mean and what does it take to love God, others, and self in these ways?

God’s Greatest Promise...

“I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you; and I will remove the heart of stone from your flesh and give you a heart of flesh. And I will put My Spirit within you and cause you to walk in My statutes, and you will be careful to observe My ordinances.”—God (Ezekiel 36:26,27)

What are the “new heart” and the “new spirit”?

“The Bible...makes the heart the soul center and the spirit center as well.”—Oswald Chambers

“The heart...embraces the whole inner man.”—Girdlestone’s Synonyms of the Old Testament

“For God has not given us a spirit of timidity, but of power and love and discipline”
(2 Timothy 1:7).

“The Biblical Doctrine of the Heart is foundational to Biblical anthropology and psychology, and is therefore essential to truly Christian counseling, and preaching and teaching about salvation, identity, spiritual relationships, and Christian living.”—Frank Allnutt
