Standard Shipping
All books, booklets, and DVDs are shipped via First Class or Media Mail.
All art is shipped either UPS or FedEx. Orders of $35 or more are sent with delivery receipt confirmation. Orders of $50 or more are insured for the purchase price. Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours.

Returns
In the event your order is delivered with a manufacturing defect, we will replace it at no charge, provided you contact us within three days of its delivery. We cannot be responsible for loss or damage by shipping carrier or events beyond our control, and any claims should be filed by the purchaser with the shipping carrier (we provide you with emailed copies of all shipping and insurance documents for the purpose of tracing your order in shipment).
